The Continuous Relief Ventilator has a design that keeps water from entering the building at any wind velocity. All incoming water is collected by internal drain gutters and downspouts and re-directed out to the roof. Not only does it keep water out in the highest winds, but the performance actually increases in higher wind conditions. It has been designed to withstand wind speeds as high as 130 MPH at grade and can be easily designed for higher wind speeds if required.

The gravity ventilator damper operator can handle up to 80’ of damper, depending upon the throat size. This damper operator can be controlled from the roof or at floor level and can be operated manually or by a motor. Of course with a relief vent no roof maintenance is ever needed, but should you need anything our 50+ years of experience means you can count on our quality and field support if needed.

Labyrinth is a natural louvered inlet and exhaust ventilator. It has aerodynamically designed louvers & baffles to provide continuous weatherproof ventilation. Labyrinth is compact, for ridge mount, slope mount or flat roof conditions. Rainwater is collected within the ventilator and drained away via side channels. The aluminum construction and low profile design reduce loading impact to the building. Through testing, Moffitt’s Labyrinth guarantees proper performances and weather tightness.

The GreenRoo® uses light gauge, marine grade aluminum materials that are generations ahead of the old heavy gauge galvanized steel ‘onion” units most people are familiar with. The light gauge material spins much easier in the wind offering a huge capacity enhancement over the “onion”. In addition the units light weight offers virtually no wind loading on roofs eliminating the need of costly support steel.

The Moffitt Low Profile Ventilator recently underwent a major design change that produced unmatched capacity levels. This new design also considered the installers and produced the simplest installation in the business. Installation is as simple as putting caulk on top of a curb, selecting your start point and just start snapping sections together. In addition to the new modular construction, consideration was also placed on the damper operating linkage. The new Moffitt design allows for access to all operating damper linkage from the roof. Old designs and those of others require a costly lift device and clear access from below the roof line.

Moffitt's SG Ventilator is a stationary type ventilator used on many industrial and commercial applications. This ventilator conforms to Corp of Army Engineers Bulletin CE 220.09 for gravity ventilators. Accessories are available such as Disc Dampers, Square to Round Bases, Flat Collar Bases, and auxiliary duct fan designed to convert existing round gravity ventilator to power.

Moffitt's Series 100/200 Gravity Ventilators feature low silhouette architecturally appealing styling for exhaust relief or air intake applications. Available in galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel construction.

Moffitt RMVS’s are ideally suited for low to moderate heat applications to provide general building ventilation. When used in conjunction with other Moffitt products, a key tool in condensation control and heat/smoke relief.
