Our History Since 1961
Moffitt Corporation has been in business for 45 years manufacturing industrial ventilation and heating equipment, designing ventilation and heating systems and providing installation services. Our Global Headquarters is located in Jacksonville, FL where our Sales and Engineering staff is located, and where our Mechanical Contracting crews are based. Our manufacturing headquarters is located in Leroy, NY. Our products and services are directed towards Contractors, Facility Owners and Engineers to provide air moving and mechanical solutions.

A field staff of over (50) qualified and trained Manufacturer’s Representative offices, located in every major city throughout the country, supports our products sales. At Moffitt Corporation, we are experts in the layout and use of our products, and we can have a sales engineer on site to assist you in your project whether it is new or retro-fit. Our manufacturing headquarters in Leroy, NY consists of 50,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space and houses our manufacturing engineer design team to support our products that are shipped from satellite locations including Jacksonville, FL, Dallas, TX and San Diego, CA. Our international manufacturing center for Gravity Ventilators and Louvers is located in Wuhan, China which is also supported by our Leroy, NY design team. The Wuhan facility services Asia and other international customers.
Mechanical Contracting – Equipment Installation:
Moffitt Corporation also offers full Mechanical Contracting Services for Florida and Georgia and the greater Southeast region of the U.S. We are capable of installing all Division 15 specialties for both high-end Commercial projects and Industrial Projects. Additionally, we offer equipment installation services for our Products Sales group throughout the country for specialty items such as Gravity Ventilators, Wall Louvers and Pressure Gravity Systems.
