The Continuous Relief Ventilator has a design that keeps water from entering the building at any wind velocity. All incoming water is collected by internal drain gutters and downspouts and re-directed out to the roof. Not only does it keep water out in the highest winds, but the performance actually increases in higher wind conditions. It has been designed to withstand wind speeds as high as 130 MPH at grade and can be easily designed for higher wind speeds if required.

The gravity ventilator damper operator can handle up to 80’ of damper, depending upon the throat size. This damper operator can be controlled from the roof or at floor level and can be operated manually or by a motor. Of course with a relief vent no roof maintenance is ever needed, but should you need anything our 50+ years of experience means you can count on our quality and field support if needed.
